To use the Fan Pass app, you are required to select ‘Both’ as your answer to the ‘How do you plan to offer NFTs to customers?’ question.
If you choose another option, you first run the risk of your application being rejected by Shopify and most importantly, your store will not meet the requirements to use the Fan Pass app.
Once the form is submitted, you won’t be able to reapply for 60 days so ensure to choose the option ‘Both’ as your answer!
