The Fan Pass discount is set to combine with shipping discounts so can be combined at checkout.
There are two scenarios that can occur when a customer tries to apply a free shipping discount code depending on whether the free shipping discount has been configured to combine with product discounts.
- If the discount code has been set to combine with product discounts, Shopify will apply free shipping to the order whilst keeping the Fan Pass discount applied.
- If the discount code has not been set to combine with product discounts, Shopify will return an ‘invalid code’ error message when the customer attempts to apply the free shipping discount code but keeps the Fan Pass discount applied to the order.
