Can my customers connect their Fan Pass without me offering any exclusive offers?

If you have Fan Pass enabled on your store then customers will be able to connect their Fan Pass using the Connect & View app block on your Fan Pass info page. If you have no active offers available, then nothing will change once a Fan Pass is connected.
