The Fan Pass info page is a page we recommend setting up for a few reasons:
- Give your customers information about what a Fan Pass is and what they gain from owning it (similar to your product page).
- A place where they can see all current Fan Pass offers your store has available with links to exclusive products, gated discounts and exclusive content.
- You can add a ‘Fan Pass Connect and View’ app block to this page so customers can connect their Fan Pass without you having any exclusive offers or pages live.
There will be a link to this page included in the ‘Claim Fan Pass’ section after a customer has completed their purchase and claimed their Fan Pass so first and foremost, this page should contain what your Fan Pass is!
