The Fan Pass app is free to install however, you will need an active subscription and purchase in-app credits to begin selling your Fan Pass.
You will be charged a monthly recurring subscription cost to use the app on your store.
The ‘Shopify Connect and Unlock’ tier is $10 per month. This is currently the only tier available however more tiers will be added as we increase the functionality.
There is an additional charge to buy Fan Pass credits. 1 credit = 1 Fan Pass to sell on your store.
A Fan Pass is valid for one year from the date it is claimed by a user. One credit is $3 which equates to $0.25 per month.
Fan Pass credits are bought in set quantities:
- 10 credits – $30
- 20 credits – $60
- 100 credits – $300
- 500 credits – $1500
- 1000 credits – $3000
