An app block enables you to add app content to your theme without having to change any of your theme code directly.
The app blocks we have created are ‘Fan Pass Gated Product’, ‘Fan Pass Gated Page’ and ‘Fan Pass Connect & View’ and here are brief descriptions of what they do and why you need them:
- Fan Pass Gated Product – this app block will need to be applied to any products you have configured a gated product or discount on using the Fan Pass app. For a gated product, it hides the variant picker, quantity selector and buy button and for a gated discount, once a customer has connected their Fan Pass, the discount will be applied.
- Fan Pass Gated Page – this app block will need to be applied to any gated pages you have configured within the Fan Pass app. It will hide the content you have added to the page and then it will be unlocked once a customer connects their Fan Pass.
- Fan Pass Connect & View – this app block would live on your Fan Pass info page. It is so your customers can always connect their Fan Pass to your store although you may not have any exclusive offers live.
