If your gated discount app block is displaying on the product page but the discount isn’t being applied at cart or checkout, it is likely that you have deleted the automatic discount created by the Fan Pass app.
To check this, go to the Discounts section within Shopify and check for a discount titled ‘Fan Pass® discount’. If this is not present, please contact our Support team to have this reinstated.
