If a customer purchases a Fan Pass but then closes the order confirmation page before claiming it, they can return to this screen by clicking the ‘View your order’ button within the order confirmation email.
Because of this, we suggest updating your store’s order confirmation email to include this information. To update this, follow these instructions:
- From the Shopify Home dashboard, go to Settings.
- Go to Notifications and select ‘Order confirmation’.
- Then go to ‘Edit code’ and add a line that refers to the information mentioned earlier in the article. Here is how we have displayed it within our Band A Demo Store:
